Who are they?
SNAP are an ePOS service, operating in the haulage and trucking industry, supporting 9,500+ Fleets and 200,000+ Drivers.

What did I do?
As part of the content team, I was responsible for managing and creating engaging digital content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn, to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement within the haulage and transport industry.

During my time with the company, I planned, produced, and published short-form video and static content tailored to platform-specific audiences, maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels. I aslo s uccessfully launched and developed SNAP’s TikTok account from inception, gaining nearly 1,000 followers in under three months through trend-led and strategically planned content.

As part of my remit, I produced video content which achieved over 10,000 views on numerous occasions, significantly increasing reach and engagement, and increased overall social media impressions by over 700% by analysing performance metrics, monitoring trends, and refining content strategy.

As a result of my efforts, I am able to demonstrate strong adaptability to evolving social media platforms and algorithms, ensuring continued growth and engagement across all channels.
